The simplicity and celerity of this inspection technique allows the possibility to create a database with the obtained data to develop the predictive maintenance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The infrared thermography is used in many applications to detect thermal regime of operation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To detect an invisible problem at a human eye;<\/li>\n<li>For periodic tracking of component that were out;<\/li>\n<li>Before and after maintenance operations;<\/li>\n<li>To detect the severity of a fault and\/or to plan the operation;<\/li>\n<li>To define the degree of wear of a component or a system;<\/li>\n<li>To take \u2013 over important data to predictive maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All the tests are made by qualified operator (level 2 UNI EN ISO 9712) partner of AIPnD (Italian association nondestructive testing).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unlike traditional system of investigation, the infrared technology allows the control on component and plants in function, this increase the security and reliability of the plants.<br \/>\nIn this case predictive infrared analysis can reduce to 40% maintenance costs with less plant stoppage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When can we use infrared thermic analysis for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To plan a program of predictive maintenance;<\/li>\n<li>To verify or to research the reasons of malfunctions<\/li>\n<li>To calibrate or test a new production plant;<\/li>\n<li>To check the condition of the products during the manufacturing process;<\/li>\n<li>As a normal security control;<\/li>\n<li>As a punctual control on a particular component of an electric panel without removing tension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s possible to identify the beginning of a problem, and succeed in determining the state of conservation of the system or of the component.
